Women of Achievement

aThe 2022 Salute to Women of Achievement in-person luncheon took place on June 30. This unique event celebrates the determination, passion, and dedication of women in our community and the businesses that support them. Coming from all walks of life, we will celebrate women who meaningfully contribute to their workplace, families, and community.

About the Salute to Women of Achievement luncheon:  Local corporations and organizations recognize individual women for their community service, career, and personal achievements. Considered Reno’s largest business luncheon, nearly 1,400 attend annually to honor the deserving woman in our community while supporting the Nevada Women’s Fund’s mission of empowering achievement in local women and their families.

Salute champions in your company and the community:   The luncheon is an excellent opportunity to honor women inside and outside your organization. Honor a key employee in your company or perhaps consider recognizing a woman in the community. Identify company leaders, teachers, caregivers, faith workers, non-profit professionals, or volunteers – the choice is yours.

Keynote Speaker: Isabelle Rodriguez Wilson has served as the President and CEO of the Nevada Women’s Fund since 2012.  During her tenure, the Fund experienced exponential growth in funding and engagement through its donor network and its annual signature event, Salute to Women of Achievement.

Before moving to Reno in 2005, Rodriguez Wilson enjoyed a fascinating career working with international dignitaries, members of Congress, high-level federal and state government officials, corporate and special interest groups, and entertainment celebrities. She started her career in our nation’s capital as a legislative analyst developing and implementing marketing and advocacy strategies to lobby the Legislative and Executive branches of government. She then served the White House as Senior Advisor to the President of the United States. In this role, she directed the elaborate details associated with the domestic and international event activities, travel, protocol, and media for President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton.

How to Participate:  To reserve a table or purchase individual tickets please check back on this website in February 2023. Thank you for your support of the Nevada Women’s Fund!
