Best Places for Women to Work in Nevada is an initiative by Nevada Women’s Fund designed to recognize and elevate organizations that are leading the way in creating inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplaces for women. Through a data-driven survey, the program highlights key areas prioritized by employers, including workplace flexibility, mentorship, professional development, employee well-being, and opportunities for advancement.

In 2025, employers collectively representing more than 33,000 employees participated in our inaugural survey. By showcasing these organizations and their best practices, the initiative aims to provide a roadmap for other employers while advancing equitable workplace opportunities for women across the region.
