This year, more than 50 companies representing over 40,000 Northern Nevada employees participated in Nevada Women’s Fund’s Best Places for Women to Work survey, providing valuable insight into workplace practices, policies, and the experiences of women across our region.
While we are excited to celebrate this year’s winners, we also want to recognize every organization that participated in the 2026 survey. It is encouraging to see so many employers across Northern Nevada committed to creating workplaces where women feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Each organization that took part demonstrated a willingness to listen to its employees, evaluate its workplace practices, and contribute to a broader understanding of how we can continue improving the workplace experience for women throughout our region.
